Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
